Design of a new residential complex consisting of five multi-family buildings with the expansion of the existing underground garage in Langenthal. Within the assignment as designers for the execution phase, we prepared all necessary execution drawings, coordinated the different disciplines, and ensured compliance with applicable planning and construction regulations.

The project concerns the transformation of the Hitachi Energy plant in Molinazzo di Monteggio. The works included the installation of a new cooling system for the lacquering area and a smoke extraction system for the furnaces serving the same area, with airflow capacities exceeding 16,000 m³/h and 8,000 m³/h respectively.

The German company, headquartered in Hamburg, is internationally renowned for producing luxury pens, watches, jewellery, and leather goods.

The commercial building “Concordia”, built in 1994, includes three underground floors used for storage and technical rooms as well as 47 parking spaces in the garage, and seven above-ground floors hosting a restaurant area, commercial spaces, and offices.
